Lighter, Stronger, Cheaper -- Pick Two?

That's the common wisdom in the bike business, but Bontrager's King Earl components for extreme riding are:

Stable descending isn't just an important feature of extreme wheels, it's an absolute must, because there are other things to think about when you're at speed or in the air. The Big Earl and King Earl wheels both use ultra-strong hubs made to Bontrager specs by DT Swiss. The whole Earl series gives you some of the most powerful landing gear in the industry. All Earl fronts come with a 20mm thru axle. The Bontrager Big Earl and Bontrager King Earl rears offer either a 5mm quick release axle or a 10mm thru axle.
