The Helix:  A triumph in engineering -- currently in the lead in the 2010 Bike Up the Mountain Points Series (B.U.M.P.S.)!

Imagine a titanium frame that feels as stiff as a Trek Madone or a Cannondale Super Six, with a ride quality unmatched by anything else out there.

Thanks to Lynskey Performance, you don't have to imagine this, you can own it.  You will feel the stiffness of the Lynskey Helix on your first pedal stroke, and this feeling does not go away.  The Helix tracks beautifully through the switch-backs of a high-speed descent down Appalachian, Brandon, or Middlebury Gap, and you don't waste a single watt getting to the top, because the Helix climbs like the proverbial mountain goat.

All this, with no compromise in comfort.  The Helix performs like a Ferrari, but the way it damps road vibration and smoothes out even the roughest roads, you'd swear you were in a Cadillac.

The Lynskey Helix uses a special cold-working process that produces four spiral-shaped tubes:  top tube, down tube, and seat stays.  To see just how well this engineering works, we invite you to test ride our demo Helix.

The Helix is as good as it gets, not just for titanium, but for any frame material.

Helix OS -- the ultimate metal frame

The Helix OS combines the already stiff Helix with a BB30 bottom bracket and an oversized head tube designed to be used with the Chris King InSet™ headset.  Fatter means stiffer, both down below and up front.  The Helix OS is a match for the stiffest carbon race frames, with the durability and the lively ride of titanium.
